Single user issue

Dear Linda,
I have posted before also reg single user issue,how to use system as a single user,i have not put any license key and assuming tht sourcegear server will understand it is single user (that is wht written in docs only) but i am not able to create a repository, the create button is disabled.i tried to reset the IIS but dint help.
Is it some account permission issue, or IIS issue.
any help folks?

I believe it's only admin that create repositories. Log in as 'admin' with the password you set up during install. Then try to create a repository.

Otherwise, you have it right on how you are working with the single user version. Just don't enter any license. It's fully functional.
