Problem with new web site in solution

I'm using Vault 4.1.2 with Visual Studio 2008.

I have a solution that contained a single web site. I took the files from a production server, put them in a folder on my local dev box, and then added that web site to the solution in Visual Studio. Then I saved the solution file and checked it in. And I added the new site to source control.

In the Vault client, all the files in the new web site are present and checked in. In Visual Studio, the files all have the lock icon showing that they are checked in. But every one of the files shows up in my Pending Changes window with type "Add File" The Item location and Repository Path match up correctly.

What's going on???

Did you perform a refresh on the Vault client so that it goes back to check the information in it's cache?

I had done that and it didn't change anything, so I manually deleted all my cache files and reset all the bindings. Seems okay now.
