How can I Disable Auto-connect?

Post by msimmons » Thu Jun 26, 2008 8:30 am

I connected successfully to our Vault server serveral days ago so I enbled auto-connect. Now when trying to connect all I see is the message "Connecting to Server" and the status "Connecting". The abort doesn't function so I have to use task manager to kill the program.

I've tried uninstalling Vault, rebooting, deleting the AppData vault folder and rebooting. When I reinstall client 4.1.2 (18185) it still tries to auto-connect.

How can I stop the auto-connect so I can verify my userid and pw?

OS: Vista Business SP1

In the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SourceGear\Vault\Client\Settings registry key, should change AutomaticLogin to false.
