Query by tag doesn't show public items

Hello

I have a saved request, only filtering with a given tag ('recette' for my needs).
It seems it only show private items. To have all items displayed, I need to check the public/private 'Access Type'

Moreover the 'acces type' filter cannot be saved

in the query. I need to modify it all the time.

I checked this out. I agree this doesn't seem right. I will log a bug. Thanks for the report on this.
