Version control SQL databases and stored procedures?

My application uses SQL 2005. What is the best way to version control a SQL database and stored procedures? I’m sure this has been discussed before but I just can’t find it.

This thread, Client IDE / Add-In for DB Object Mgt., has a lot of good suggestions and options mentioned. Is that the kind of information you were looking for?
