Feature Request: Override working folders on children

On the Set Working Folder dialog, add a checkbox:

[X] Reset working folders for all sub-directories

I'd vote for checked by default, but either way would be fine.

Yep - another good feature, and one that's been requested before. We'll be adding this one too.
