Feature Request: Check-in comments by file, not change set

Hello,

I'd like the option to select a file and add check-in comments just for this file when checking in the solution. Right now comments are only per "change set". If a file is selected I'd like to add check-in comments for the select file(s), otherwise the comments are per change set.

I'll add a feature request for this.

You can add specific item comments on a file when you check it out, although you may not know what you want to say in the comment until you've modified the file.
