what does this icon mean?

some of the files in vault have this icon of a file with blue horizontal arrow across middle. what does this indicate? see attached

It means that the file is shared to another folder. Right-click on the file and view Properties->Share Links to see the shares.

Most of the Vault icons are on the menu bar. Hovering the mouse over the icons on the menu bar will bring up what the icon means.
