Possible to open the GUI to a particular project?

Using VSS I can add the -S switch to the SSEXP.EXE file top open up to a particular project. Is this possible with SOS?

Ideally I would like to create a batch file or shortcut that would open up a partiuclar file within a particular project however opening up to a particular project would suffice.

I don't know of a way to do this with SOS.
