4.0 Bug Fix Question

Can you please clarify what the bug was with 3.5.3, and what the new functionality is for the following item:

Get Latest no longer overwrites Old, Renegade files.

Wouldn't you WANT get latest to overwrite items that are locally out of date?

A renegade file is one that is edited locally but not checked out first. The user may not want this automatically overwritten.

SOS 4.0 now gives you the option to overwrite, attempt automerge or merge later on a Get.
