Running VS 2008 with the 4.1.1 (18060) Vault Client installed.
Configured with the "SourceGear Vault Visual Studio Enhanced Client"
XP Pro, etc.
Everything is working great except two items:
1. How do I add projects to source control from within VS? There is no longer an Add Project to Vault menu option. I am currently adding through the client and then binding within VS.
2. MAIN ISSUE: I have "Linked" files in my VS project (added to the project as file links). I can check them out, see the check out/in status, etc. What I can NOT do is check them in. When I Right Mouse Click - Check In, I get the Check In dialog with a message box with title "No Eligible Changes" and text "There were no items found for check in.". No information is written to VS's Output window.
So the big question, how do I check them in from VS. Other people on my team are not having this problem and are running the same version. My solution folder is not found within the parent folders of the linked file (nor should that be a requirement).
Visual Studio 2008 "linked files" not checking in.

1) There is no way to add a individual projects to source control in the enhanced client. You can add an entire solution, or add new projects added to a bound solution.
2) What's the difference between your machine and the other machines that work? My guess is that the other machines have a single working folder assignment that applies to the entire solution, including the linked files. Do the linked files appear in the pending changes window, when they've changed?
