SOS 3.5.3 Not showing checked out

In our SOS Classic version, when someone checks it out, it shows up as checked out in VSS, but in SOS, it has the user name, no indication that it's checked out, plus anyone can check it out after that.

You may have multiple checkouts enabled in VSS. In SOS 3.5.2, there's no red checkmark next to a checked out file.
