This is a command line argument quoting problem.
Please try to verify that the command line args are getting properly
quoted in the Vault options dialog.
There should be double-quotes around each of the %var% variables.
Try omitting the /title1:"%LEFT_LABEL%" /title2:"%RIGHT_LABEL%"
from the field and see if you can get it to work with just the quoted
filenames -- "%LEFT_PATH%" "%RIGHT_PATH%".
Then if that works, add back the titles.

Fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiixed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I tried your suggestion earlier based on another post and it did not work.
However, I tried something else that finally worked:
I renamed the cache folder located in C:\Documents and Settings\<me>\Local Settings\Application Data\SourceGear\Vault_1\Client\_sgvault and restarted the client app.
It reset my client settings but it also fixed the problem !
Hope this helps someone else.

Jerome
