opertion failed

we are not able to connect to the source ofsite server through sos client.

After entering username/password and database.

Source of site client status window showing OPERATION FILED - (NULL)

we are getting alert as Server closed connection

This means the SOS Server may be having problems communicating with the VSS database. Please verify that a copy of the VSS Client is installed on the SOS Server machine.

If you continue to experience difficulty, email a copy of the SOS Server log.txt file to linda@sourcegear.com. The log file is in the SOS Server directory on the server machine.
