Enhancement Suggestion: Filtering for Pending Change Set

I work on a lot of development projects at once, and often have pending changes sitting open for a long time (weeks or more). As a result of this, it's often hard to find the stuff I'm currently working on in the Pending Change Set view. It would be nice if the view could be filtered by project. Something like the "Lock onto this folder" option in the Search view would be great.
