When I try to look at the properties for a folder, I get the following message: "Hour, Minute, and Second parameters describe an un-representable DateTime." Apparently, this is a known bug, discussed at http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=9085 . However, I have questions which aren't answered in that thread.
1. Jeff Clausius mentioned that a workaround is to "rev the folder's version with a Change Set Transaction which doesn't end with 59 seconds". I have no idea what that means. Can someone describe how to do it?
2. According to the thread, there will be an upcoming 4.0.x release which fixes the bug. Is that still true?
3. I want to look at the properties of the folder because I need to undelete a file. If I can't figure out how to look at the folder properties, is there any other way to undelete a file?

Questions About the Unrepresentable DateTime Bug

This has been fixed in Vault 4.1.1, which was just released.

Regarding Jeff's statement, if the seconds on the transaction time are 59, it causes an overflow condition. You could try to do another transaction so that it's 30 seconds or 20 seconds into the minute rather than 59 seconds into the minute.
So do a transaction with a client on the Vault Server machine, watch the server clock and make sure the transaction happens at 2:00:20 instead of 2:00:59, for example.
