Unable to login - Windows Server 2003

Post by jlalexander » Tue May 11, 2004 3:00 pm

Hey all,

I've installed Vault and go to log in with the Admin tool. I got the error:

The user name or password supplied is invalid.

I try a few more times and figure I just forgot what my password was. I dug around a bit to try to find out a good way to reset my password, but can't find anything. So, I got into the database and just clear the password field on the admin record in the tblusers table.

But, still no love.

Walking through the support docs, I can get to:

http://myserver/VaultService/VaultService.asmx

just fine, but can't get to:

http://myserver/VaultService/

I get "Directory listing denied".

Any thoughts?

TIA,
-Jason

Jason:

Did you happen to see my response on the vault list? http://lists.sourcegear.com/pipermail/v ... 03019.html

Perhaps you solved this on your own?

Did you create an account named "administrator"? If not, try the "admin" account.
