Hi,
I have switched to Windows Vista Business recently and am using Vault client 3.19 to communicate with server 3.17. The client appears to freeze about every 15 minutes or so and is not responding. I have to kill the process and restart again. It has been quite a pain.
I don't think that our server will be upgraded soon. What will be my option(s) to get rid of this problem?

Vault was not supported on Vista until version 3.5.3. It would be hard to say what it is.
You will probably want to check your Help - Technical Support area and make sure that your Vault client is set to use the same .NET framework as your server. If it's not, let me know.
Also, check your Event Viewer logs to see if they are logging any information around the time it freezes.
