I had a vault server setup using 2 different license codes. Unfortunately, that machine has died. I can't get it up at all in order to be able to deactivate the licenses and reactivate them on a new machine. Do I have any options here?
We can manually deactivate them here. Email your licenses to support@sourcegear.com or sgstore@sourcegear.com and ask to have them deactivated.
If you don't have the actual license numbers, provide us with contact information for the person who purchased them so we can look up the licenses in our sales system.
