Folder Security - always visible in repository

I have a few folders which even though their access right has been set to (none), other user still can see them in the repository. Is there any DB query i can run to resolve this?

Which version of Vault are you using?

Vault version: 4.0.6
The folder was created in ver 3.1.7. I have recently perform the upgrade to ver 4.0.6

Even though this discrepency does not affect the overall functionality of Vault Server, i really hope i can resolve it.
BTW, I am going to perform an upgrade to ver 4.1

So far, I haven't been able to reproduce this. Was this user a member of a group that might have rights? The rights were assigned back in 3.1.7?

If you have this user login to Vault on another system, he can still see the folder he's not allowed access to?
