I have a question about licensing

Dear To Whom it May Concern,
I have successfully setup a SourceOffSite Professional Server 4.0.2 using a demo license. I am preparing quotes to submit to purchasing for how many licenses that I need. I have a total of 5 users. Two of those users have licenses for other servers already. Am I able to use those licenses on my server so that they can access the server?

The SOS users who have licenses can transfer their licenses to your server, but then they should not be using their license in another server at the same time.

If they still need access to the other server, then you should purchase new licenses for them for your server.
