proxy issues

We have the 2.0.2 server installed with some 2.0.2 and 2.0.3 clients. We are having proxy problems with the 2.0.3 clients.

Do we need to upgrade the Server to 2.0.3?

The proxy settings are in a new place. You'll need to set them under Tools->Options->Network Settings?

Is that not working for you?

Our partner is trying to connect via an authenticated proxy and is having problems - they have a ticket open.

I wanted to inquire if the issue could be a result on a 2.0.2 server and a 2.0.3 client

There were no proxy related fixes on the server side of things. If you want, email me the user's phone number and I'll see if I can determine what the problem is.
