.vssscc, .vspscc, & .scc files

Can these files, which I believe were used by the classic source control integration, be safely deleted from Vault after a full migration to the enhanced client? Will Visual Studio get confused?

Yes, if you've moved to the enhanced client, those files can be safely deleted (from disk and the repository).
