Check-In Dialog Min size not set

I reported this in the beta, I suggest setting a min size or else something causes a failed save of the dialog size and you get what is attached.

We did make a fix in reaction to the beta report, but for various uninteresting reasons, the fix required that some people who ran beta 2 would see it this way exactly once. You can expand it to a usable size, and this shouldn't happen again.
