Upload Big File

Hi.
I have a problem with the upload for file more big of the 20 Mb in a project. This is a limitation of the program of there is a problem of the program???

There's not a limit with SOS that I'm aware of. I just placed a 35mb file in as a test.

The best first place to look is in the SOS server log. It will be on the SOS server in the Program Files directory and is called log.txt. Check in there for errors.

i see the log file of the server and i observe this log in attach but i dont resolve the problem about.

The SourceOffSite protocol will place the file on the disk of the SOS Server. In your case, this is "C:\Program Files\SourceOffSite Server\temp".

Do you have a virus scanner, index scanner or any other service running on the SOS Server which may be locking the file? If so, you will need to change the configurations of those services to ignore this directory.

i stopped antivirus service but the problem persit.
