Suggestion: more criteria for viewing history

When entering criteria for viewing history, I want to be able to *exclude* items based on a partial comment match (so I can exclude the "Merged to Head" entries, for instance). Currently one can only *include* based on a partial match, or include only records having a non-null comment (the awkwardly-named "Include any comments" choice)
