Cannot install Vault 4.06 Server on Vista Ultimate

The install goes ok to the point of setting up the database and then fails with the following error message:

Vault Setup is exiting due to a failure or cancellation. Error Code = -1280
Unknown error (0x80005000)
Vault Setup is exiting due to a failure or cancellation. Error Code = -1280ExitCode on exit: -1280

I have attached the vault_install log. For your information, i ran the setup as an administrator from the command prompt.

Any ideas?

Is this a fresh install or are you upgrading?

In the log, it seems to stop at the point of looking for websites. Is IIS installed on this machine?

What is the server OS?

Was IIS installed after the .NET framework?
