Branching issues addressed in 4.01?

We are evaluating Vault and came across this issue in the forum : http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=7706

Are the three questions asked in this post (Q1, Q2, Q3) addressed in Vault 4.01?

I was not able to reproduce the behavior in Vault 4.0.6. The merge tool did not create duplicate entries. Although the merge tool did show the same changesets, selecting the same changeset to merge did not result in any changes to the already merged file.

And if a previous merge required conflicts to be resolved, are you prompted to resolve them again on each subsequent merge?
