HELP Setting Up Email Notification Plaes.

I have setup Email server info.
I have added folders to monitor for changes - send e-mail
I change files in the folder, check them in, but do not receive email.

Is this a common problem?
What did I miss?

I've attached instructions for you to look through. Most times, the SMTP server or the login and password entered during setup in the admin web page is incorrect.

I should have mentioned that I am not using Fortress, I am using FogBUgz. But I have Done the Items as you suggested (except the fortress part)

Have you tried an iisreset on your server? (Start - Run - iisreset)
