Hi,
A developer in my team checked out some files in a PC.
The PC in which he checked out, is now unavailable, while he forgot to undo-checkout those files.
In the vault client explorer, those files are marked as checked-out states.
However we can't undo-checkout those files in another machine..
Worsely, in the admin-webpage, those checked-out files are not shown on the 'Undo-Checkout' page, although client explorer shows them as a checked-outs.
I tried undoing those files using vault client API with logged in as a global admin, but it didn't work.
How can we remove the checked-out states?

Thank you for your reply, mbainbridge.
However, it seems not working for my case.
In the explorer, I dit: main menu --> Tools --> Options --> Local Files --> Cache location -- > Reset Repository Cache ...
But nothing changed.
The files which were checked out on the previous machine are still remaining as checked-out.
I'm very curious that why these files are not listed up on the admin's 'undo-checkout' web-page, while all the client's vault explorer shows them being checked-out.
