Unable to log in to VSS database with SOS client

I have installed and configured SourceOffSite 4.2. I get the following error showing in the server log file when attempting to log in from a client: see attache file. Note: I have deleted some information in this file by security reason.

Some information:
- The VSS version installed in my server is 6.0.
- SOS Server has been installed in the same computer of VSS.

I have seen in the forum other problem similar to mine but I can not uninstalling and reinstalling VSS.

This error indicates the SOS Server cannot find the VSS automation component. Is a VSS Client on the same machine as the SOS Server? The VSS client provides the automation component used by the SOS Server.

If you do have the VSS Explorer Client on the machine, then you may need to manually register the VSS automation component (ssapi.dll)
