How to determine which repositories are checked out?

Post by kevin777 » Tue Dec 18, 2007 10:57 am

Is there any easy way to determine all the repositories that are checked out? And who has them checked out? It would be nice to have a summary page. I am using SourceGear 4.0.4

To see which files and folders are checked out, you can use the Admin web page. Select a repository and you should see the function called Undo Check Out. That will list the items checked out for an Admin for when they need to force an Undo Check Out.

Will that cover what you need?

No, because that requires me to click on each repository, then click on Undo checkout to see if anything is checked out. We have maybe 20 or 30 repositories -- so this is a pain.
What would be helpful is to have a summary page that tells me all the repositories that currently have something checked out.

That makes sense. I will add that in as a feature request for a report you'd like to see.
