Can't connect after upgrading to Vault 2.0.3
Upgraded from Vault 2.0.2 to 2.0.3 on Windows Server 2003, and now I can't connect. Error dialog is: "Encryption failure (FailEncryption)"
Any ideas? I tried the suggestions I found on your support site (opening permissions on the RSA folder and deleting the one MachineKey file) to no avail.
Please help.
Thanks,
Joel

The sgvault.log says:
Login failed: Failencryption
on some of the logins and this msg on others:
Ticks must be between DateTime.MinValue.Ticks and DateTime.MaxValue.Ticks
I'm not sure about the isolation mode. How can I tell?
Thanks,
Joel

A couple of things:
1) Is there anything in the server's sgvault.log which suggests a problem (or is this where the encryption failure is from)?
2) Are you running IIS 6 in IIS 5.0 isolation mode?
Just found the faq on how to determine isolation mode, and the answer is yes, we were running in IIS 5.0 isolation mode. I turned it off, then restarted IIS, but now can't connect at all. Get a failed connection dialog. Do I need to reinstall?

1) Can you send me the sgvault.log file (see Email button below)?
2) IIS 6 in IIS 5.0 isolation mode -> Go to your IIS administrative tool. Open the Machine -> Open the properties on the folder named "Web Sites". On this dialog, you will find a "Service" tab. Look for the "Isolation Mode" setting.
