Checkin doesn't not detect the new files from VS IDE

Windows XP, Vault 4.0.5, VS 2005 and using 2005 Vault client.

If I right mouse click on a project in VS and try to checkin, it doesn't checkin newly added files. The 2003 client does checkin the new files.

Now I have to add those files on my own, is any easy way to solve that problem?

You mean you added those in VS 2005 and they sit in the pending check ins area? Or what exactly happens.
