Root folders show twice in SourceOffSite Program

I am running version 4.01 and I noticed that all of the root folders in VSS are showing twice in the SOS gui. They only show once when I look at VSS using SourceSafe.

e.g.,

- $/
+ AbcSolution
+ AbcSolution
+ XyzSolution
+ XyzSolution

I tried uninstalling, removing the servers folders, and re-installing but it did not fix it.

Help!

Your client-side cache file may have become corrupted. The project tree information is stored in this file. Follow the instructions in this KB article for deleting the cache and recreating it:
