Hi,
Is there any limitation on the SQL Server 2005 edition that should be used with Vault? In particular, does Vault make use of any Enterprise features?
Thanks,
Tilman

Vault should work on any version of SQL Server 2005, including SQL Server Express.
What version are you planning to use?
Vault doesn't make any particular use of Enterprise features.

It's between Standard and Enterprise.
Is there a recommended edition? Would Vault run faster on one edition rather than another?

All you would need enterprise edition for is if you have a failover cluster. It's not worth the money really if you don't or dont replicate a lot.. Vault should run the same speed on all editions... the only limitation is database size on the express edition that would hinder you
