Server Error 421

Hi,
When a Source off site client 3.5.3 connects to my SOS server running Windows 2K, then to Visual Source Safe 2005 running on an Win2K3 server. When the user attempts to retrieve files from a project, here is the log info
"Getting version information
Version information obtained
End Get File List Operation: HIS project
Begin Delete Operation
"You do not have access rights to" the project"(he has RACD)
He then apparently reconnects but this time the logs states
"Getting version information
Version information obtained
End Get File List Operation: HIS project
Begin Delete Operation
Server Error 421"
then the client hangs.
He has been able access this, in the past and I have done nothing on the server for at least a month.
Any ideas?

He's trying to retrieve and not delete?

Compare the server version and the client version. We saw this problem with mismatched client/server versions before.
