I get the following error and can not continue when installing for the first time. Any help would be appreciated. I'm connecting to the DB with the SA login credentials.

Are you using SQL Server authentication? We've had reports of Fortress not installing correctly when using SQL Server authentication, and have been able to reproduce the problem.
Try using Windows Authentication for the SQL Server setup. If SQL Server is on a different machine, you'll need to use a custom account for the IIS process model at the beginning of the installation.

Are you logged in as the machine Admin? If so and this is still not working, send a copy of the vault_install.log file to support at sourcegear.com, attn: Linda.
The log is in your user's temp directory, type %temp% in a browser window to find the directory.
