Is it possible to run source gear vault CLIENT 3.5.2 and CLIENT 4.0.2 on the same machine.
The reason I ask is that I connect to two different SERVERS with 2 different logins.

It's possible, but we don't test that, and there's some things to be aware of with it. Only one can be used for IDE integration. If you want to switch between the two with the IDE integration, then you would have to find the registry entries and adjust them to the other directory with the SourceGear MSSCCI integration .dll.
To give it a try, install the older version first. Then copy the files in the client directory to another directory. Then uninstall the older client using the uninstaller rather than Add/Remove programs. Basically, run the installer again, but it will see there is an installation there and give you the option to remove. The install the newer version.
You won't get the shortcuts for the older version, but you should be able to still run it and use it from the other directory.
