Sometime last week we started having problems with client and admin sessions timing out. Users will leave the clients sitting for a few minutes, try and do an operation and get this error:
"Session is no longer valid. Either the server restarted, or your session timed out. You may need to login again to re-authenticate."
And then they will have to log back in. I've checked the Session timeout and the SQL Timeout and both have been set at well over 60 minutes. We've tried an IIS restart as well as the operations in the IIS manager that were advised on a related post here in the forums. Here's some (hopefully most) pertinent information:
OS: Windows Server 2003
Vault Version: 3.5.1.4786
Processor: Xeon 3.59 GHz
Memory: 2 G
.NET: 2.0
I don't know what other information you might need, but I'll provide it. We'd like to get this taken care soon as possible. I put the logging level up to debug and can send that in to you if you need it.
