Older version Licences

I urgently need to get 2 licences for version 3.1.9 because my client has brought on 2 more developers starting tomorrow - I don't have time to upgrade to v4 at the moment - is it possible to buy v4 licences and use them on v3.1.9? Or is there any other way I can do this?

One of the other reasons I don't want to upgrade is because I work between 2 Vault servers, and I can't just upgrade theirs for them - I need to upgrade both at the same time when I have a chance.

You can use a Vault 4.x license, as Vault 4.x licenses where designed to be backwards compatible w/ Vault 3.x servers.
