Update to 4.0.4 good, but not the licenses

Was told by Tech Support that we could updated to 4.X without cost.

I performed the upgrade on our server without a technical hitch, but it's saying we need to update our three licenses.

I tried to do that from you web page, but is says for each "This serial number has already been upgraded."

What am I missing?

Need to get this straightened out ASAP.
