There seems to be a difference between checking-out files from the Fortress client and checking-out from within Eclipse.
The Properties option within Eclipse allows you to see the machine name where the file was checked-out to.
If you check-out from the Fortress client, the properties shows the file checked-out to <machine-name>/<domain>.
If you check-out from Eclipse, the properties shows <machine-name/<machine-name>.
Having checked-out a file from the Fortress client, the file doesn't show the checked-out icon in the Eclipse project tree, even after refreshing the tree or reloading Eclipse.
If the file is checked-out from Eclipse, it shows as being checked-out in the Fortress client, but cannot be checked-in from there, only from within Eclipse.
This isn't a major issue, but it is different to how Fortress behaves with Visual Studio.
I am running XP SP2 with Eclipse 3.2, Java 1.6 and Fortress 1.0.2
