The Server was unable to locate an encryption key

This error occurs when an Export Edition Client tries to connect to an SOS Classic Version 3.5.3 Server that is configured to only allow 128-bit connections.

If the SourceOffSite Client is using a 56-bit encryption key, the Server should be configured to accept 56-bit connections. The Server can be configured to accept 56-bit connections in the General Settings tab of the Server Manager utility. To enable this, check the 56-bit option. After the Server is restarted to register the change, the Server will accept connections from both 56-bit and 128-bit Clients.

Please Note: Although the SourceOffSite Version 3.5.3 Server can accept existing 56-bit keys, it cannot generate new 56-bit keys for 2.x Clients. The Version 3.5.3 Server generates only 128-bit keys. If you wish to generate new Client keys, we recommend you upgrade to the 3.5.3 Client.
