Unable to login to Vault Server

When attempting to login to the Vault Server, I am greeted with the message: "Login Failed: The username or password supplied is invalid."

I've checked the sgvault.log file, it simply says "SSL Disabled Login failed: FailNotValidLogin"

I've also checked the Web.config file, the machineKey validationKey entry is present.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Vault server, being VERY careful about selecting the id and entering the admin password. The result is the same.

I'm on day one of the 30-day trial. Any help will be most appreciated.

A couple of questions.

1. What version are you running?
2. What database connection type are you using (SQL or Windows authentication)?
