Detect new files to add not showing repository tree

I'm using Vault 4.0.2 and running Windows Vista. Whenever I right click on a folder and say "Detect new files to add", the dialog pops up, but the repository tree is empty (see attachment). Is there a setting I'm missing?

This issue will be fixed in 4.0.3, which will be out today.
