Pending Change Set not updated properly in version 3.5.0.474

Hi,

I am having a serious problem using Vault. My current environment is:
[7/25/2007 4:13:26 PM] Version Check: This Vault client is version 3.5.0.4741
[7/25/2007 4:13:26 PM] Version Check: Your Vault server is version 3.5.0.4741
Visual Studio 2005, VB.NET
Windows Server 2000

Whenever I save a changed file in my project it is not reflecting properly in the Pending Change Set area.

This error is preventing me from saving any changes into the Vault. Production has ground to a halt.

Please help...

If you open the Vault GUI client, are the changes reflected there?

I am not using the integrated client while experiencing this problem. I am only using the Vault Client on Windows XP. The pending changes simply stopped showing the changed file set when I added a new project to my repository.

If you go to a file in which you know it has changed and double-click it in the file pane, does it show up in the pending changes list?
