Missing status

If a file is checked out by somebody else, the Status field is usually empty. This is a real pain. In SOS, I could sort the view by status and immediately see ALL files that were "in play", i.e, either old, renegade, or checked out.

In Vault (3.5.2.5087) I have to sort by status and then I have to sort again by "Checkout Location"

Can you please change the behavior so that the status field always has something in it if a file is anything other than unchanged.
