Vault 4.01 admin page not able to update and change settings

Hey

Newly installed Vault version 4.01 from scratch - when I'm going to the admin pages I'am not able to create new repositorys etc. When changing setiings "Save" is and stays grayed out ?

The save button enables when you switch focus away from the repository name.
