Error in the application when accessing users (V4.0.1)

Just upgraded from 3.5.2 to 4.0.1.
Everything seems to be working ok except when I go to the users section I get "Error" "Error in the application."
Users are able to login and do everything normaly as far as I can tell and all the other pages work (except repisitory access page, same problem).

Any ideas on what to check to get this resolved so I can add new users?

never mind, solved it.

During the install sgvaultuser wasnt given access to the sgdragnet database, once I did that it worked
